Chase Randall Miller, 25

Chase Randall Miller, 25, of Austin, died Friday, Dec. 3, 2010, at the University of Minnesota Medical Center Fairview in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Chase was born June 6, 1985, in Williston, North Dakota to Randy Miller and Janet (Grad) Sunderman. He attended Catholic schools and graduated from Pacelli High School in Austin, Minnesota.
Chase was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis several hours after his birth. Even though he had many health challenges, he believed in enjoying life to the fullest. His spirit and smile could not be broken. Chase especially loved the outdoors, anything from snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, to camping and boating. He enjoyed spending his time with the love of his life, Susie. He loved his dogs Zena and Davis and they brought him much joy. He will be truly missed by all of his family and friends.
Survivors include his parents, Janet and Larry Sunderman, Austin, Randy and Jenny Miller, Gillette, WY; his one true love, Susie Strack, Austin; one brother, Lucas Sunderman, Austin; sisters, Jennifer (Shawn) Hight, Gillette, Wyo., Shelby Miller (T.J. Austin), Gillette, Wyo., Paige Sunderman, Austin, MN; nephew, Caden Hight, Gillette, Wyo.; niece, Avery Hight, Gillette, Wyo.; grandparents, Rose and Al Grossman, Minot, N.D., Bob Walstad, Ambrose, N.D., Joe Sunderman, Austin, MN, Betty and Al “Skin” Collins, Pine Haven, Wyo.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Claudia Walstad and maternal grandfather, Patrick Grad.
A prayer service will be held 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010 at Mayer Funeral Home with Father Paul Nelson officiating. Friends may call from 3 p.m. through the time of the service on Wednesday at Mayer Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Harvey, North Dakota and interment will be in St. Cecilia Cemetery.
