Adela Ochoa-Dominguez, 87, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, June 17, 2015, at her daughter’s home in Bricelyn, Minnesota.

Service: A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2015, at St. Columbanus Catholic Church in Blooming Prairie with Father Steve Peterson officiating.

Visitation: A Rosary Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2015, at the beginning of the visitation. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2015, at Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.

Interment: Interment will be in the Blooming Prairie Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
