Austin Bruins goalie Evan Smith was selected in the seventh round of the NHL draft by the Nashville Predators on Saturday.

Smith, taken with the 205th overall pick, is the second Bruin drafted into the NHL after former goalie Eamon McAdam, who was selected 70th overall by the New York Islanders in the third round of the 2013 NHL Draft.

Former Bruin Christian Folin is the first Bruin to make it to NHL, and he’s played parts of two seasons with the Minnesota Wild.
