The Austin Post 1216 VFW baseball team lost 4-3 at Waseca Thursday.

Austin (10-4 District) led 3-2, but Waseca won the game with two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning.

On Wednesday, Austin scored five runs in the top of the seventh to beat Faribault 5-2.

With a win on Monday, Austin will clinch a home playoff game in the first round of the District playoffs.
