The playoffs are underway and both the Austin Packers boys and girls soccer teams moved on from their opening round games Tuesday afternoon.

The Packer girls got goals from two of its younger players, Nikki Summerfield and Morgan Raymond, to beat Faribault 2-0 in the Section 2A. The girls hit the road Thursday to play at No. 2 seed St. Peter. Game time is 7 p.m.

The Packer boys easily slid past Stewartville in the Section 1A tournament, winning by a score of 8-0. They will host No. 6 seed Kasson-Mantorville at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
