Farm worker/Crop Laborer

3/01/18 to 12/31/2018.

$13.06 /hr of work performed.

Wage rate may increase w/ verifiable exper. w/ the company. 48 hrs /wk. ¾ guarantee, transp. & subsistence expenses to worksite pd after 50% completion of contract, or earlier if appropriate.

Housing, tools, equip. provided at no cost.

Workers will perform general farm operations and tasks like but not limited to: till the ground, apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilizer to crops, participate & maintain, harvest crops. Drive & operate combine, sprayer, tractor, & 90 & 60 ft planter; repair structures, equipment & fences; maintain & service all farm equip., participate in irrigation activities; load/unload trucks and farming vehicles; work w/ hand tools in field & workshop; perform post-harvest duties.

Basic literacy & arithmetic required. Min. 3 months exper. required. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Must be able to obtain a driver’s license w/in 30-90 days of hire. Required.
