The Southland volleyball team (7-7-3, 1-3 Three Rivers) fell to St. Charles (9-4-1 overall, 4-0 Three Rivers) by scores of 14-25, 16-25, 20-25 in Adams Tuesday.

“St. Charles is very good but we weren’t prepared and we didn’t play well at all,” Southland head coach Angie Smith said.

Katie Barthels had seven assists, one ace, and three digs for the Rebels, Chelsey Smith had three kills and five digs, Amber O’Connell had three kills and three digs, and Hilary Johnson had eight digs.
