Eric Lee, 13, was taken to Austin Medical Center for treatment of possible injuries when the bicycle he was riding struck an automobile.

Eric Lee, 13, was taken to Austin Medical Center for treatment of possible injuries when the bicycle he was riding struck an automobile.
According to an Austin Police Department report, Lee and a juvenile companion were riding their bicycles on sidewalk along 10th Ave. SW Wednesday afternoon.
When the lead bicycle, ridden by Lee, attempted to cross the street, it ran into a car driven by Carie Hovde, 18 of Austin.
The Hovde car was attempted to turn onto 14th Street, when the bicyclist rode into its right front fender.
The mishap occurred at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday and the youth was not seriously injured, according to police.
