State trooper Matt Nelson and others clean up the mess left this morning when a cement truck overturned, spilling cement dust all over the eastbound lane of Interstate 90 just west of Austin. The truck driver was uninjured. However, while the truck driver was setting up the triangles to divert traffic behind his truck, at approximately 6:30 a.m., there was a three car "chain reaction accident," state trooper John Stewart said. Only one person was taken for medical attention, complaining of a sore shoulder. Stewart said the truck driver said he swerved to avoid a car, hit the guard rail, the bridge and then turned over.
