Scott Schaefer, with hard hat, and Brad Johnson, right, help unload one of the concrete pigs that were placed in downtown Austin this morning. A committee of the Chamber of Commerce is selling the pigs to area businesses and organizations to be decorated and be put on display around Austin for the Pigs In The City event.
