A southeast Austin woman claims to have been sexually assaulted in her home twice by the same suspect.
According to an Austin Police Department report, the victim, age 41, told investigators, the man, who lives in Austin came to her home at 11 a.m. July 11 and asked to use the telephone.
Because he was an acquaintance of hers, the woman let the man into her home, where he allegedly performed sex acts with her.
The woman told detectives the man did not display weapons or threaten her, but she felt afraid and complied with his demands.
Two days later, July 13, the same man returned and again requested to use the woman’s telephone. She allowed him into her residence, and he used the telephone and then engaged in sex with the woman.
Again, she said no weapons were displayed and no threats made, but she felt afraid, according to the report and complied with the man’s demands.
This week, the woman told her mother and boyfriend and then reported the incidents to police.
She was asked to obtain an order for protection to keep the man away from her, while the case is investigated.
No charges have yet been filed.
