Keri Lynn Olson of Austin and Matthew Stephen Doyle of Rochester are pleased to announce their engagement. Keri is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Olson of Austin and Matthew is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Doyle of Marion, N.Y.

Matt is a 1999 graduate of RIT in Rochester, N.Y. and is currently employed as a signal integrity engineer and IBM. Keri is a 1994 graduate of Austin High School and a 1996 graduate of Riverland Technical College and is presently employed as an administrative assistant for McNeilus Companies in Dodge Center.

The couple will be married in April 2002, at Grace Baptist Church in Austin.

Francoise Tharesa Leger

John and Jeanne Leger of Austin and Pamela LaPolice of Eagan announce the engagement of their daughter, Francoise Tharesa Leger to Kurt Wayne Burdick, son of Merle and Linda Burdick of Plainview.

Francoise is a 1995 graduate of Austin High School and is currently employed as the Styling Department manager for the Rocco Altobelli Salon in Rochester. Kurt is a 1995 graduate of Plainview High School and is self-employed with Burdick Trucking Inc. of Elgin.

An April 20 wedding will take place at the Community Presbyterian Church in Plainview.

Shannon Marie Chickering and Jason Dean Ferch are pleased to announce their engagement. Shannon is the daughter of Chris and Debbie Chickering of Austin and Jason is the son of Ron and Debbie Ferch of Austin.

Shannon graduated from Winona State University with a social work degree, in December 2000, and is currently employed as a program director at REM Woodvale, Inc.

Jason graduated from Winona State University with a social work degree in December 2001 and is presently employed as a facilitator for a youth anger management group in Freeborn County.

The couple will be married at 4 p.m., on Saturday, May 18, 2002, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin, with a reception to follow at the Holiday Inn.

Jennifer Lynn Lammey

William Joseph Mohler

Mr. and Mrs. John Lammey announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn, to William Joseph Mohler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Mohler.

Jennifer is a graduate of Austin High School and is currently employed by Hormel Financial Services.

William is a graduate of Austin High School and is currently employed by Mulcahy Construction out of Rochester.

The wedding will take place May 4, 2002, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.

After the wedding the couple will reside in Lyle.

Laura Lyman Hokeness

Bryant and Ann Hokeness of Elkton announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Lyman Hokeness, to Jeremy James Mueller, son of James and Connie Mueller of Oelwein, Iowa.

Laura will graduate from Iowa State University in May with a degree in elementary education. Jeremy is a graduate of Iowa State University and is currently teaching seventh grade math and science in Urbandale, Iowa.

A June 29 wedding will take place at Little Cedar Lutheran Church in Adams.
