Positive reinforcement goes a long way in the work place.
Each month, the Mower County Board of Commissioners recognizes the talents of one of its employees.
When dealing with taxpayers, the board knows the importance of customer service.

Corey, a 12-year veteran employee, works in the Mower County Public Health Nursing offices in the Women, Infant, Children and immunizations department.
Len Miller, 4th district Mower County Commissioner, read plaudits from her supervisors and co-workers for Corey's exemplary skills in the WIC./immunizations office.
