Rosemary M. Danley, 71

Rose-mary M. Danley, 71, formerly of Austin, died Thursday, July 25, 2002, at Methodist Hospital, Rochester.

She was born June 12, 1931, in Austin, to Joseph and Celestina (Winkels) Schaefer.

On Sept. 24, 1955, she married Daryl E. Danley at Queen of Angels Catholic Church.

Rosemary worked for the Hormel Foods Company and retired after 27 and one-half years.

She enjoyed bingo, traveling, embroidering, communications with the citizens band radio, fishing, crossword puzzles and family social events.

Survivors include son, John Danley, Austin; two grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Whalen, Austin; Dorothy and Ted Schlichter, Austin; Helen and Jack Sershen, Austin; brothers, Sy and Genevieve Schaefer, Austin; Wilfred and Isabel Schaefer, Austin; Bernard and Pat Schaefer, Austin; Leo Schaefer, Austin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, and brother, Raymond Schaefer.

Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m., today, July 29, 2002, and Tuesday for one hour before the service at the funeral home.

Service: 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, at Mayer Funeral Home with Father William Becker officiating.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery.

Dale "Drommer" Henry Drommerhausen, 63

Dale H. Drommerhausen, 63, of Albert Lea, died Saturday, July 27, 2002, at his home.

He was born April 2, 1939, in Albert Lea, to Arthur and Blanche (Thompson) Drommerhausen. He was baptized and confirmed at First Lutheran Church, Albert Lea.

He graduated from Albert Lea High School and later from Mankato State.

He had been in sales all of his life, owning Drommer's Advertising.

On June 3, 1978, he married Delphine Kuethe Carter in Beaver Creek, Iowa. The couple continued their business together in Albert Lea.

Dale helped start the first J.C.'s Demo Derby and enjoyed watching and attending stock car races. He also loved music, especially jazz. He was affiliated with A.A. for the past 26 years. He was a past president of the Cloverleaf Lions, and the Southside Business Association, and also served as a Chamber Ambassador.

Survivors include wife, Delphine, Albert Lea; son, Larry (Heather) Drommerhausen, Newport News, Va.; five grandchildren; former daughter-in-law, Gail Drommerhausen, Blaine; brother, Don (Lois) Drommerhausen, Albert Lea; sister, Bev (Marty) Olesen, Waterloo, Iowa; brothers and sisters-in-law; father-in-law, Willard Kuethe; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Lori and Stacia Lynn; son, Michael; sister and brother-in-law, Pricilla and Roland Dulitz; mother-in-law, Louise Kuethe.

Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m., today, July 29, 2002, at the funeral home.

Service: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea with the Rev. Lyndy West officiating.

Interment: Bear Lake Cemetery.

Milo "Mike" G. Barclay, 78

Milo "Mike" G. Barclay, 78, of Austin, died Friday, July 26, 2002, at his home.

He was born July 17, 1924, in Austin, to Emanuel and Lila Mae (Larson) Barclay.

He attended school in Brownsdale and served in the United States Army during World War II.

On Feb. 24, 1950, he married Ruby Wilson Houck in Mason City, Iowa.

Milo was a retired employee of the Hormel Foods Corporation and a member of Crane Community Chapel.

He was an avid baseball fan and fisherman.

Survivors include wife, Ruby Barclay, Austin; daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Philip Eirikson, Austin; Chic and Chuck Roseth, Babbitt; sons and daughters-in-law, Arnold and Barb Houck, Juniata, Neb.; Jim and Pam Houck, Earlville, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Audrey and Max Guritz, Dexter; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Alvina Barclay, Austin; Dick and Norma Barclay, St. Ansgar, Iowa; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Hazel Mae Stundahl.

Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 30, 2002, and Wednesday for one hour before the service at the funeral home.

Service: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home with the Rev. Randy Petersen officiating. Casket bearers will be Gary Barclay, Corey Roseth, Dale Barclay, Angie Whiplack, Jerry Guritz and Jon Olson.

Interment: Grandview Cemetery, Austin.
