The investigation continues into two stabbing incidents two-days apart in Austin.
One Austin man, Aaron Michael Hayes, 20, has been charged with aiding and abetting second degree assault. The charge stems from a Sunday, July 14, incident, at 609 11th St. NW, where a 16 year old Austin juvenile male was stabbed.
The victim was treated and released from Austin Medical Center.
Austin Police Department detectives are still investigating a Tuesday, July 15, stabbing incident at the same residence.
Equipment stolen
Jesse Lee Smith, 2201 8th Ave. NW, suffered a burglary sometime earlier this week.
According to an Austin Police Department report, Smith's residence was struck by lightning July 21. Subsequently, he called a local electrical firm to come to the residence, inspect the damages and make repairs.
Two days later, Smith discovered $6,055 worth of sound and band equipment missing from his garage.
