Jeff Clark holds a two-stroke lead over Dave Pilot and Scott Goergen heading into today's final round of the Austin Open city golf tournament at Ramsey Golf Club.

Clark leads the championship flight after Saturday's blustery 18-hole total of 4-over-par 75. Goergen and Pilot are two shots out at 77, and three others -- Tom Wiese, Brian Engels and Greg Denisen -- are three strokes off the pace.

Three-time defending Open champion Tim Duren did not compete in this year's tournament. Defending runner-up Chris Larson is in a four-way tie for 10th with a first-round total of 81.

Rick Nelson, Bobby Wagner and John Sucha are tied for seventh with 80s.

Playing out of the first flight, Lance Wallis and Doug Walters lead the way with 78s, and Dave Stanek shot a 79 to pace the second flight.

Matt Ball's round of 78 is the top score from the junior flight, followed closely by Jon Bain with an 80 and Tom Kluczny at 82.

Phil Bundy leads the senior flight with a gross of 78, and Bill Nelson's handicapped net score of 68 is tops.
