Two of the victims suffered stab wounds, including one man who was transferred to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, according to an Austin Police Department report.
The third victim suffered a laceration when struck by an aluminum bat.
When Austin Police Department officers arrived at the scene 1:18 a.m. Sunday, a crowd estimated at 30 people was watching a smaller group of men fight.
The disturbance was reported by a security guard working at the Palacio bar, according to the report.
No arrested have been made and police described the victims and alleged assailants as "uncooperative."

According to police, a 35-year-old man went to the residence at 11:48 p.m. Saturday and became involved in a verbal argument that escalated to a knife fight.
Four eyewitnesses told police the man brandished a razor knife at one point and another knife in a second altercation.
The man was subdued when one of the victims hit him over the head with a wooden chair. The man then fled the scene and the victims called police.
He was later apprehended by a police canine officer, according to the report.
The man faces second degree assault, fourth degree assault in commission of a racial bias crime, obstructing legal process and disorderly conduct charges.
He remains in the Mower County Jail while the county attorney's staff reviews police reports.
