The Austin Jaycee All Stars finished seventh in the Austin Youth International Baseball Tournament over the weekend by going 3-3 in the three-day affair.

The All Stars claimed seventh place by beating Mason City 4-3 in their final game of the 16-team event.

The Mankato Red team toppled Albert Lea Union Center 10-0 for the tournament championship and both finalists qualified for the MBT State Tournament next weekend in Eagan.

The Austin All Stars will be in Rochester for a pair of games this weekend before finishing up the season the following weekend with their annual trek north to Thunder Bay, Ontario, for another tournament.
