In hopes of winning a second term, Austin City Council member Scott Pacholl has filed for the 2nd Ward seat, submitting paperwork July 3 to the Austin City Hall. According to documents, he works at Akkerman Inc., a Brownsdale-based company that manufactures and services tunneling machinery.
