Walkers were out in force Saturday night through Sunday morning for the annual Relay for Life in Austin.

The event brought out walkers of all ages to Mill Pond on a night of remembrance for both those who waged their battle and won against cancer and for those who lost the battle.

The activities of the night—sometimes joyous— other times somber, was all about raising money so that none should ever have to fight any kind of battle against cancer.
