Two former Packers are helping the University of Eau-Claire women’s hockey team get off to it’s best start ever.

With Austin grads Kristen Faber and Taylor Jenkins in the lineup, the Blugolds are off to a 10-3-3 start and are ranked ninth nationally.

Faber leads the team with 21 points (10 goals and 11 assists) and Jenkins has six points (four goals and two assists).

It is the first time in school history UW-EC has been nationally ranked.
