Upon arriving police observed two males leaving the residence out the back. After questioning the two, police learned that one of the two lived at the home and was the boyfriend of the female subject.

Police then approached the house and knocked on the door. When the female answered, police smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the house.

During that time the female tried to work her way out the door to prevent police from looking inside, but police stopped her.

Upon looking inside the home, police observed drug paraphernalia including cloth storage bags, pipes and bongs on a book shelf and a large marijuana seed grinder and mushrooms on a coffee table.

In all, police took into their possession four large bongs, 13 smaller pipes, five storage containers for the drugs, the grinder, 3.4 estimated grams of marijuana and 1.1 estimated grams of mushrooms, which the male subject admitted were his.

The case was forwarded on to the country attorney’s office for further action.

The defendants have not been named because they have yet to be charged.
