Crazy Days are here again. Well, almost.
The annual Austin tradition invades downtown Main Street Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the Farmer’s Market still at its usual 4 to 6 p.m. time.
Various stores will display discounted items on tables throughout the 200, 300 and 400 blocks of Main Street, which will be blocked off.
Where: 200, 300, 400 blocks of Main, downtown Austin
When: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday
Super Fresh will be selling donuts and coffee, while downtown staples, like Bonnie’s Hallmark, will participate as well.
“It’s just a good day to shop for bargains,” said Bonnie Mogen, of Bonnie’s Hallmark and president of Austin’s Downtown Association. “It’s been happening for at least 40 years.”
