Space is still available for the Austin Community Arts in the Park Exhibit. All artists are invited. The exhibit will be held Sunday, Aug. 30 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Bandshell Park and Veterans Pavilion. Austin Community Arts in the Park is a grassroots celebration to showcase performing arts, music, visual arts and crafts. Clubs and non-profit/charitable organizations are also invited to participate.

The cost is $15 for a 10- by 10-foot space; $20 for the space and table rental; and a $5 charge if you need electricity.

Registration forms are available at the Paramount Theatre Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and at the Austin Area Art Center in Oak Park Mall Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday noon to 4 p.m.; Friday, noon to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are also available via e-mail: karen.sundal@yahoo.com, fiddlesue@ yahoo.com or aaacoil@smig.net.
