The Austin Packers football team doesn’t play Albert Lea until Oct. 21, but they might already have some motivation.

The words “Albert Lea High School” were spray painted on several buildings and walkways at Wescott Field sometime between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, according to a police report.

There was also an empty bleach container near the field, although it is unclear if it was dumped on the grass.

Head coach Tim Hermann reported the incident to police.

There are no suspects in the case and the exact cost of the damage has not been determined.
