Austin Big Band presents ‘Baby, It’s Cold Outside’

Just 21 days before the first day of spring, the Austin Big Band will relish in the winter weather Saturday.
In its 15th season, the band presents “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” at 7:30 p.m. at the Paramount Theatre.
The concert will include Big Band era hits and feature vocalists Bradley Carlton, Kristine Iverson and Alice Holst.
The 17-piece Austin Big Band is a Count Baisie-style group that has been playing in and around Austin — under various names — since the early 90s.
Tickets are $12, and are available at the Paramount Theatre box office from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, by phone at 434-0934 and online at www.paramounttheatre.org.
