The Lyle/Pacelli softball team swept a doubleheader with Grand Meadow/LeRoy/Ostrander Kingsland by scores of 12-3 and 5-0 in Kingsland Saturday.

L/P (3-14 overall) had just one hit in the second game, but their pitcher, Dani Felten, allowed just one hit while striking out eight. Felten, a junior, struck out 12 in the first game.

L/P will open the playoffs at No. 7 Medford Monday at 5 p.m.
