Waseca powers past the Greyhounds

The Austin Greyhounds had plenty of offense, but they couldn’t hold off Waseca in a 15-14 loss on the road Wednesday.
Waseca took the lead for good with a one-out RBI-single in the bottom of the eighth inning.
The Hounds (10-11 overall, 0-2 Section 2B) trailed 4-0 after one inning, but Craig Braaten tied the game up at four with a three-run homer in the third inning.
Austin went on to take a 9-5 lead in the top of the fourth, before allowing four runs in the sixth and three in the seventh.
The Hounds will play the Blue Sox in Marcusen Park Friday at 8 p.m.
