Douglas Marvin Thompson, 83 of Austin, died at Valley View Assisted Living in Owatonna early Friday morning, Oct. 22, 2010.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 29, 2010 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Brownsdale with Pastor Jeff Sage officiating.

Visitation: Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Worlein Funeral Home, Austin, and at the church one hour prior to the service.

Interment: Interment is at Oakwood Cemetery, Austin with military rites by American Legion Post 91.

Funeral Home: Worlein Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Memorials: Memorials are preferred to Our Savior Lutheran Church in Brownsdale or donors’ choice.
