Ellis Middle School Principal Katie Berglund appeared on “Fox and Friends” this morning with Gretchen Carlson as part of Fox’s look into creative methods of dealing with the education system throughout the country.

Berglund discussed the middle school’s grading for learning program, which incorporates a life skills category into the grading scale. Berglund, Ellis and Austin Public Schools were featured in a New York Times article published over the weekend.
