Two new City Council members will take their oath of office Monday evening at the council meeting.

Roger Boughton, who will serve Ward 2, and Judy Enright, who will serve Ward 3, will be sworn in along with Mayor Tom Stiehm, Council Member-at-Large Janet Anderson and four other city employees.

The rest of the council meeting will be spent approving several food licenses and feasibility reports for street improvements.

Council members will also designate the official newspaper for the City of Austin for 2011.

Members will discuss the replacement of a retiring Nature Center maintenance employee at a work session immediately following the meeting.

Park and Recreation Director Kim Underwood has requested that a full-time replacement position be approved.

The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday night in Council Chambers at City Hall.
