The Hayfield boys basketball team lost 63-54 at Stewartville (15-3 overall) Tuesday.

The Vikings (14-6 overall) fell behind 7-0 right out of the gates.

Freshman point guard Cole Kruger finished with 16 points, six rebounds and seven assists for Hayfield and Bobbie Stephens had 12 points while going four-for-six on threes.
