The Hayfield girls basketball team lost 57-44 to Stewartville (18-4 overall) in Hayfield Thursday.

The Vikings (11-9 overall) trailed 27-26 at the half and the Tigers were up by 10 with five minutes left in the game.

Hayfield has now lost five of its last six games.
