A 35-year-old Albert Lea man was charged in Freeborn County District Court on Tuesday with 10 felony drug sales charges for allegedly selling marijuana, cocaine and heroin to a drug task force informant.
Court documents allege Eric Richard Meyer, who was arrested over the weekend, sold 37 grams of marijuana, 3.7 grams of cocaine and .3 grams of heroin.
In total, Meyer will have to pay $50,000 and abide by conditions or pay $100,000 unconditional bail to be released.
Meyer agreed to abide by the conditions in court Monday, including reporting to Freeborn County Court Services three days a week, signing a waiver of extradition, not using alcohol or mood-altering chemicals, staying away from bars, obeying the law and being subject to random testing.
Meyer was convicted of possession of methamphetamine in January 2004.
