Marie Pearl LaVelle, 66, of Avondale, Ariz., died March 30, 2011 at her home.

Marie was born Dec. 20, 1944, to Theodore and Glady Klingsheim and lived with adopted parents, Albert and Helga Kjosnes Olstad.

Marie was a loving mother, giving to others. She loved to shop for everyone and loved working on projects.

She is survived by three children, Michelle (Greg) Engleman of Fort Dodge, Michael (Kristal) LaVelle of Austin, Jennifer (DJ) Cresswell of Avondale; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private with the family.
