2nd Obama cabinet member bound for Minn. this week

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — For the second time this week, a member of President Barack Obama’s cabinet is making an appearance in Minnesota to talk about an administration policy position.
This time it’s Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius who has plans to tour Regions Hospital. She’ll talk to health care providers about an initiative to reduce injuries and complications in patient care.
On Tuesday, Education Secretary Arne Duncan was in St. Paul to talk about proposed revisions to the federal No Child Left Behind elementary education law.
