Hounds fall to Shakopee

The Austin Greyhounds lost 2-1 in 10 innings at Shakopee, which has won the last two Class ‘B’ state amateur baseball titles, Thursday.
Shakopee won the game when Troy Wasiloski drove in a run with two outs in the bottom of the tenth.
Austin (5-4 overall) had the bases loaded in the ninth and two runners on in the 10th, but couldn’t score a run.
The Hounds’ only run came in the eighth when Andy Swank knocked in John Frein with a bunt single.
