Cynthia “Cindy” Louise Bruegger, 52, of Minnesota Lake, died Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, at her home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, in Minnesota Lake Township. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul’s UCC, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Albert Lea Hospice, American Red Cross Armed Services Unit or to St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.
