County to discuss state’s budget deal

County commissioners will likely learn more of how the state’s budget deal will affect them now and into the future Tuesday.
Jeff Spartz, executive director of the Association of Minnesota Counties, is scheduled to speak to the Mower County Board around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Also on the county board’s agenda are two grant approvals and agency accreditation for Mower County Public Health.
Human Services business kicks off the meeting at 8:30 a.m. in the county board room, followed by regular business beginning around 9:30 a.m.
