Tori (1960 to 2011) passed away Aug. 3, after a two-year fight with cancer.

She was born in Minnesota. Her parents were Donald and Janet Lowe. Lori was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a special education teacher for 21 years, first in Minnesota and then in Idaho City. She was the recipient of the Idaho Star award. She married Craig Kosberg in 1981 in Winona, Minn. They moved to Idaho in 1996. They have four children, daughter, Tonya Anderson, and three sons, Cal Kosberg, Kyle Kosberg and Lance Kosberg, all of Idaho. Their six grandchildren include Kendra Walstrom, Olivia Messenger, Wylie Kosberg, August Kosberg, Hayley Kosberg and Acasia Kosberg.

She is survived by her husband, Craig; children and grandchildren; two brothers, Don Lowe (Dawn) of Champlin, Minn., Todd Lowe (Patty) of Rosemont, Minn.; mother, Janet Lowe of Austin, Minn.; grandmother, Christina Kelch of Austin, Minn.; aunts; uncles; neices and nephews.
