The Riverland Community College men’s soccer team picked up its fourth straight win to open the season when it topped Crossroads College 1-0 in a weather-shortened match in Albert Lea Saturday.

The Blue Devils (4-0 overall) took the lead for good when Austin grad Pedro Herrera knocked in a goal in a first half, which saw RCC outscore Crossroads 13-1.

The match was called in the 53rd minute due to lightning.
