Joan M. List, 78, of Austin, died Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at First United Methodist Church.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the church for one hour before the service on Wednesday.

Interment: Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials: Memorials are preferred to the Mayo Clinic Alzheimer’s Research Center.
