Suzie and Rick Bross’s home features warm colors, beautiful gardens and wondrous artwork from pottery to paintings and even artwork from China.

The Schindler Home

703 22nd Street NW

Dick and Belita Schindler’s home gives off a welcoming atmosphere through calm, soft color tones and a woodsy setting. It doesn’t hurt that Belita, recently retired, was the premier interior decorator in Austin for a number of years.

The Perry Home

1310 Fourth Avenue NW

Scott and Kaye Perry’s home is a classic, built in 1916. The Perrys have made the most of their home by adding three rooms and a storage room as well as creating lead glass windows and glass pieces for several rooms, doors and cabinets. In addition, there are many antiques on display.

The Ransom Home

2703 14th Avenue SW

Dan and Treasure Ransom’s four-bedroom rambler is a brand new home, built last year by Hanson Construction. The home features an interconnected surround sound system for many rooms as well as the backyard patio along with oak woodwork and a media room filled with sports memorabilia.
