She was united in marriage to Floyd Hulburt on March 9, 1933, and resided on a farm at Norcross where they raised turkeys.

They were parents to six children: Irene, Jerry, Marvin, Glenn, Vivian, and Loren. Eva also provided a home for three of her grandchildren.

After many years on the farm, they moved to Glenville where they resided for many years before moving to Crystal Springs, Fla., where they enjoyed fishing, gardening and pottery. Later they moved to New Richland, where Eva enjoyed gardening, quilting and cooking meals for her family. Highlights for her family were the many quilting bees she hosted.

Eva spent the last five years of her life in Chino, Calif., with her granddaughter Kathy and her husband Fernando. She loved the beautiful California weather and being able to sit in the swing on the patio with her coffee and her best friend, Mitzi, her cat. She also enjoyed watering the beautiful flowers.

Eva is survived by her sons: Jerry of Rochester, Glenn, (Diane) of Waterville, Loren of Rochester; sister Leah Olson of Albert Lea; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Floyd; infant daughter, Vivian; daughter, Irene; son, Marvin; grandson, Danny; brothers: Jasper, Albert, Carl and Edward; sisters: Ina and Amy.

Eva will be greatly missed, especially the hugs of love she was always eager to give.

Out of our embrace into heaven’s grace and peace. Blessed be her memory.
