Don’t forget attractions for families

Wow! We now have a dog park. Isn’t that great?

Where is a family entertainment center with games, rides for children, rock climbing, mini-golf and roller skating with a pizza parlor? The old Sports Restaurant would make a great 50s restaurant with juke box, dance floor, hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, malts and pop. There is nothing for young people and families. We also need a Sirloin Stockade or Country Buffet.

We’ve taken care of the dogs, now let’s think about the young people and families. There should be more to do than ride a bike or play with a dog in a park. My ideas would probably be too much for this town to take on. It’s quite a drive to Sioux Falls to enjoy these things, but it’s well worth the trip.

An outdoor entertainment center for summer would also be nice with water bumper craft, go-cart track, outdoor movies and concession stands.
