Donald Duane Dankert, 82, of Austin, died Friday afternoon, Oct. 21, 2011, at his home in Austin.

Service: Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marilee Benson of the First United Methodist Church officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, and one hour prior to the service at the Worlein Funeral Home.

Interment: Interment will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery with military honors by American Legion Post 91 and VFW Post 1216.
