Sentenced to 18 months in prison stayed for 20 years probation; lesser probation sentences will run concurrently with 20-month probation period. Must complete 100 hours sentence to service. Dismissed charges: Domestic assault, fleeing a police officer, first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and possessing a pistol with a previous felony conviction. Rocky Padilla, 38, of Austin. Convicted of felony DWI. Sentenced to 57 months in prison. Dismissed charges: DWI and driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety. Offense date: Aug. 13, 2011.

Jacob Ojara Paulino, 46, of Waseca. Convicted of refusing to submit to a chemical DWI test. Fined $1,010. Sentenced to 365 days in jail, 35 of which is stayed for two years supervised probation, 90 days electronic monitoring and 40 hours community work service. Dismissed charge: DWI.
