Justin James Cain, 39, of Austin. Convicted of driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety. Fined $435. Sentenced to one year in jail stayed for one year supervised probation. Dismissed charge: Driving without a seatbelt. Offense date: July 8, 2011.

Fernando Chino Canalizo, 22, address unknown. Convicted of forgery with intent to injure or defraud. Must pay $1,747 in restitution. Sentenced to one year and one day in prison stayed for three years supervised probation and possible deportation. Dismissed charges: Aggravated forgery, giving a false name to a police officer and identity theft. Offense date: Nov. 10, 2011.

Deonte David Davenport, 21, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Fined $385. Sentenced to five years supervised probation. Dismissed charge: Fifth-degree drug sales. Offense date: Feb. 3, 2010.

Anthony Barrett Graham, 27, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession, violating a no contact order and theft. Fined $990. Sentenced to 18 months in prison stayed for 20 years probation; lesser probation sentences will run concurrently with 20-month probation period. Must complete 100 hours sentence to service. Dismissed charges: Domestic assault, fleeing a police officer, first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and possessing a pistol with a previous felony conviction. Offense dates: June 21, July 15, July 22.

Vicki Lynn Hanson, 51, of Austin. Convicted of fourth-degree assault of a police officer. Fined $585. Sentenced to one year in jail stayed for two years probation. Dismissed charge: Stalking. Offense date: Sept. 2, 2011.

Ryan Jeffrey Himli, 30, of Albert Lea. Convicted of stalking — subsequent violation in 10 years and fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 21 months in prison stayed for 60 days in jail, followed by five years supervised probation and 40 hours community work service. Offense date: Sept. 10, 2011.

Herman Junior Murphy, 49, of Stewartville. Convicted of domestic assault. Sentenced to one year in jail, to run concurrent with another case. Offense date: Dec. 11, 2010.

Rocky Padilla, 38, of Austin. Convicted of felony DWI. Sentenced to 57 months in prison. Dismissed charges: DWI and driving after cancellation, inimical to public safety. Offense date: Aug. 13, 2011.

Jacob Ojara Paulino, 46, of Waseca. Convicted of refusing to submit to a chemical DWI test. Fined $1,010. Sentenced to 365 days in jail, 35 of which is stayed for two years supervised probation, 90 days electronic monitoring and 40 hours community work service. Dismissed charge: DWI. Offense date: Aug. 27, 2011.

Matthew Allen Smith, 20, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree burglary. Sentenced to two years in prison, to run concurrent with another case. Offense date: Sept. 18, 2011.
