Hazel Edna (Bates) Chase, 91, of Austin, died Monday, March 12, 2012, at the Stewartville Care Center.

Service: A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am on Friday, March 16, 2012, at St. Edward’s Catholic Church with Father Jim Steffes officiating.

Visitation: There will be a 6:30 pm wake service on Thursday at Mayer Funeral Home where friends may call from 4-7 pm.

Interment: Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Arrangements are with Mayer Funeral Home.
