Ioane Beverly Nerby, 85, died March 18, 2012, in Edina, Minn.

Ioane was born July 18, 1926, in Medberry, N.D. to Fred and Edith Reimers.

She is survived by her children: Janice (Steve) Penn, Eugene Nerby, Gary (Lani) Nerby, Richard (Julie) Nerby, Cindy (Mark) Loux, Donna (Medgaarden) Nerby; three sisters: Phyllis Jensen, Ardith (Ed) Erickson and Teri Johnston; two brothers: Bob Reimers and Lloyd (Rose) Reimers; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one-great-great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by son Dean A. Nerby and husbands Frederick E. Nerby and William Leeman.

A memorial service will be held this summer in Austin. Notice to follow.
