DOVER — In a game that saw the Dover-Eyota and Southland softball teams combined for 35 hits, it was the Rebels who prevailed with a 14-9 win on the road Thursday.

Haley Kirkpatrick had two doubles and three RBIs and Hilary Bottema had a double and three RBIs for the Rebels (3-3 overall, 3-1 Three Rivers), who have now won three of their last four games.
